A tiny little book indeed it fits into the palm of your hand, so this makes it easy to carry around with you and dip into, lots of easy to understand advise on how to use the beautiful colours all around us to heal and balance ourselves, plus useful tips on decor for in the home. This is indeed a lovely little book but as I have a few books on colour now it isn't my favourite. In saying this it is definitely personal choice as reviews I read most people really liked it. A good one for beginners I'd say.

When I received this book I was in a bit of a shock - it's absolutely tiny! In all fairness the seller did provide a description (Product Dimensions: 9.4 x 7.8 x 1 cm ) and it is called "The Little Book.." :). I kept it anyway and I agree with the other reviewer that it's a small and simple stepping stone to Colour Therapy. Now I actually like that it is small :)
