Author Biography: Kimberly Fowler

KIMBERLY FOWLER is founder of YAS Fitness Centers, a fast-growing, LA-based yoga and indoor cycling workout empire. She has certified over 1,000 instructors in her own style of yoga, called Yoga for Athletes.® Fowler’s clients include Olympic athletes, high-
