Author Biography: Robert M. Sawyer

Robert M. Sawyer is a well known real estate professional and licensed instructor who maintains an active consulting practice advising buyers, sellers, licensees and investors on all facets of real estate and finance. Mr. Sawyer is an advisor to the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons. He has written many of the Massachusetts approved continuing education courses and is recognized as a National Subject Matter Expert for a major national real estate testing service. He is a longstanding member of the Massachusetts Item Writing Committee charged with reviewing and writing questions for the Massachusetts state-licensing exam. Robert Sawyer is a member of the Real Estate Educators Association (REEA), National Association of Realtors (NAR), Massachusetts Association of Realtors (MAR) and Cape Cod and Islands Association of Realtors (CC&IAOR).
